Compression Flange Sleeve Set

This compression flange sleeve assembly is a mechanical connection fitting for DN63 single-wall HDPE fuel pipes, used to connect fuel pipes with pumps, valves and tank equipment without electrofusion welding.
The whole set consists of flange plate, brass compression sleeve and barbed hose tail, all treated with color zinc plating for rust and corrosion resistance. The brass clamping sleeve locks the pipe tightly by screw compression, equipped with rubber O-ring to achieve reliable sealing against gasoline and diesel leakage.
Mechanical connection method simplifies construction without welding machine, widely used for pipeline connection between fuel tanks, submersible pumps and pipeline valves at gas stations and oil depots.
