Remote Unloading Overfill Prevention Valve

Installed inside the DN100 riser pipe of an underground storage tank and connected to the unloading port. When the oil level is within 200 mm of the tank top, the main valve closes to prevent accidental overfill. After the main valve closes, the oil remaining in the unloading hose can only be drained through a bypass valve, with the flow rate controlled between 2–20 L/min, until the liquid level rises to within 76 mm of the tank top.
