Vapor Recovery Valve
The vapor recovery valve is installed on the manhole cover at the top of the tank body, serving as a key component connecting the tank truck's vapor pipeline and the tank body. During the closed filling of oil products into the tank truck, the valve is opened via pneumatic control, allowing the oil vapor inside the tank to be displaced through the valve to the oil depot for recovery. This effectively prevents the emission of harmful "VOC" (volatile organic compounds, i.e., hydrocarbons) gases, thereby reducing air pollution and complying with the GB18564.1-2006 standard.
The main body of the vapor recovery valve is integrally cast from aluminum alloy with an oxidized surface treatment, offering strong corrosion resistance. The internal shaft components are made of stainless steel to extend service life.
