Profile:emergency cut off valve,installed on the bottom of the tank truck,.If the tanker get intense impact,the emergency cut off valve will break automatically,separate the tanker body and bottom pipeline into independent tanker body,prevent liquid leakage and greatly improve the security during the transportation,so it is widely used all over the world.This product also meet QC/T932-2012 standard.

*if the tank truck meet an fire accident during the oil unloading procedure,the fusible component start working,the valve will shut off emergently, keep the tanker safety.

if the pneumatic cannot open the valve,at first get a M1250 hex screw,then replace the older one at the back of the cut off valve.

Remarks:

1.Before steaming the oil tank,remove the fusible components

2.When the valve open,o type ring sealed,take notice to keep sealed surface clean,avoid dust on the sealed surface.The sealed ring is suggested to replace within 6 months
