Stainless Steel Emergency Shut-off Valve

The emergency shut-off valve is installed at the bottom of chemical tank trucks. When the bottom of the tank truck is subjected to a strong impact, the groove of the emergency shut-off valve will automatically fracture, separating the tank body from the bottom pipeline and forming an independently sealed tank body. This prevents liquid leakage from the tank, significantly improving transportation safety, and is widely used at home and abroad.
Functions and Features:
The stainless steel emergency shut-off valve is made of 304/316 material, precision cast and integrally formed. The key sealing parts are made of PTFE (polytetrafluoroethylene), providing excellent corrosion resistance.
Manual control: Opening and closing operations are performed via a flexible shaft controller.
Optional pneumatic control: Can be equipped with a cylinder for pneumatic operation.
