For installation, the horizontal distance between the dispenser and the underground tank should generally not exceed 50M, and the vertical distance from the lowest point of the tank to the dispenser inlet should not exceed 5M. Installation must comply with relevant fire safety and design codes. If using an above-ground tank or if the oil level exceeds the oil-gas separator, the separator vent must be sealed. The dispenser should be installed in a rainproof and sun-proof environment, with sand filling around the inlet pipe and cable conduit.
